Katrin Diesner is an editorial and portrait photographer specialising in arts and culture, mountain sports and travel. She particularly enjoys working on projects that explore sustainability and our connection to nature.

Katrin studied photography design in Munich and fell in love with documentary photography during an internship at the Magnum Photos editorial office in Paris.

When she’s not taking photos, she’s hiking up mountains. As a qualified mountain hiking guide, she leads tours through the Alps for the German Alpine Club.

She lives in the Isarwinkel region between Munich and Innsbruck.
